Bezoek het Plantin-Moretus museum met ons! 

Op woensdag 10 oktober tussen 10u30 en 12u30 trekken we er samen op uit om een van de mooiste musea van Antwerpen te bezoeken. Het Plantin-Moretus museum is een echte must voor iedereen die van (Nederlandse) literatuur en geschiedenis houdt, en dus zeker voor alle studenten Toegepaste Taalkunde. Kom mee, en ontdek samen met ons het verhaal van de Plantins en de Moretussen, die meer dan 300 jaar woonden in hun drukkerij in hartje Antwerpen. 

We spreken af om 10u30 in de inkomhal van campus Sint-Jacobsmarkt. Info over de tarieven volgt.

Iedere student bij ons aan de campus krijgt tijdens hun 1e BA het boeiende vak 'Nederlandse Literatuur en Cultuur tot 1830' van de gepassioneerde professor A. Reynders. Elk jaar opnieuw moedigt ze de studenten aan om het museum Plantin-Moretus te bezoeken, niet alleen omdat het zeker de moeite waard is om te ontdekken, maar ook omdat het naadloos aansluit bij de leerstof van haar vak. Wij staan volledig achter haar enthousiasme, en hebben daarom beslist om er dit jaar een gezamenlijke uitstap van te maken. We nodigen dan ook alle studenten (BA1/2/3, master en internationale studenten) uit om samen met ons het museum een visite te brengen, zo kunnen we er samen een gezellige en leerrijke dag van maken!

Visit the Plantin-Moretus museum with us! 

On Wednesday the 10th of October between 10.30h and 12.30h we visit one of the most beautiful museums in Antwerp. The Plantin-Moretus museum is a real must for everyone that loves (Dutch) literature and history, especially for all the student of Applied Linguistics. Join us and discover the story of the Plantin-Moretus family, who has lived in the in their printing house in the middle of Antwerp for over 300 years.

We're meeting at 10.30h at corridor of campus Sint-Jacobsmarkt. More information about the price list will follow soon.

Every student of our faculty will take the course 'Dutch Literature and Culture until 1830' in their first year of the Bachelor program, which is taught by the passionate professor A. Reynders. Every year prof. Reynders encourages her students to visit the Plantin-Moretus museam, not only because it is certainly worth discovering, but also because it fits seamlessly with the subject matter of her course. We fully support her enthusiasm, which is why we have decided to make it a joint trip this year. We would like to invite all students (Bachelor, Master and international students) to visit the museum with us. This way, we can,make it a fun and educational day together!
